Alejandro Sanchez

Founder & Director

He has served as a specialized advisor in continuous improvement processes, focused on refining customer service, loyalty, and organizational climate for various organizations. He is a renowned speaker at multiple conferences on organizational behavior and emotion management at prestigious universities in Latin America. He has collaborated as a pedagogy consultant for the Panama Canal and has specialization and certifications in instructional design. He is a communication campaign advisor and served as a branding consultant for the Argentine embassy in Panama. He has participated as administrator and project owner of IDB-funded programs in different parts of Latin America. He is an organizational consultant specializing in human behavior who offers coaching and specialized business training in organizational climate and customer experience. He continuously provides training services to stimulate thinking levels and is the author of numerous corporate training courses. He has an extensive background in psychology, application of processes for people with attention deficit, autism, and development of material for people with learning difficulties. Finally, he is the author and co-author of more than 70 training and customer experience improvement programs for different companies in Latin America. In Panama, these programs have been applied in companies such as Banco Continental, Banco General, Universidad de Panamá, Panama Canal, Cable Onda, Government of Spain, Government of Argentina, and different NGOs in Panama.

He has developed a successful career in audiovisual communication and content creation, demonstrating great ability to communicate ideas effectively and attractively, reaching different types of audiences. He has extensive experience in designing playful training experiences, with an ability to combine the humorous with the practical and convey ideas to corporate teams with great ease. Moisés enables others to understand abstract concepts, thanks to his ability to discern complex information. He has worked on audiovisual projects, books, and texts of different magnitudes, and has demonstrated a great ability to tell stories in a convincing and emotionally effective way, with his strength being the precision of communication, without distorting the idea, but making a direct connection with his target audience. He possesses one of the most valued capabilities in leadership: adaptability and flexibility. This has characterized his performance as a collaborator in successful projects where his participation has been key to achieving results. He is known for his ability to work well in teams and collaborate with other professionals from different fields. He has demonstrated an innate ability to communicate effectively in high-level projects. He has a natural ability to write and convey ideas effectively. He has written and co-written customer service training scripts, books, and scripts for audiovisual productions. His strength is the ability to convey emotions and ideas with particular genius and simplicity. His copywriting skills have allowed him to become an expert in assertive communication, the same skill he teaches and transmits to the work team.

Known as Maddi, Mexican by birth, she has chosen Panama as her home for the last 13 years. She continues adding experience to her 26-year professional career, now as a Psychologist and Corporate Coach.
